When Australis brought out new products late last year this was one of their products that interested me as I've seen a bunch of eyebrow kits like this from Benefit which is double the price. I bought this product during their
50% Off Australia Day sale, so I thought it was no better time to try a product and I ended up getting it for $8.48AUD.
Unfortunately when it was delivered the little groove thing to make the lid close properly broke off the packaging (pretty minor, and the only negative from the package!) But I find it very unlikely this is a problem for everyone. Considering I got it during a busy sale and it went through transit, not everything is going to come perfectly and I don't care at all.

PRODUCT (L-R: LIGHT POWDER, DARK POWDER, HIGHLIGHTER. BOTTOM: WAX)
|
(L-R = LIGHT POWDER, DARK POWDER, HIGHLIGHT, WAX)
The kit works so well for me and provides great coverage for my brows and keeps them on fleek. I use the highlighter when I go out and you can tell when it's on. I use both powders (the lighter one for the beginning of my brow and I work the dark one in slowly). |
|
Pros:
- Two powder shades, caters for dark and light brows (brown & blonde)
- Includes Tweezers
- Dual ended brush
- Highlighter
- Compact Packaging (travel friendly)
Cons:
- Does not have any other colour selections for other eyebrow colours (lighter blonde, auburn etc)
- Not Vegan (contains Lanolin Oil in the wax)
RATING: 4/5
WOULD REPURCHASE? The product is great and
I would continue using but unfortunately I don't know my full thoughts on Lanolin Oil, I did send Australis a message asking why they use it when there's so many alternatives and they have sent my message through to their product development team. I am going to continue looking for a vegan eyebrow kit.
What brow product/s are you currently using? Are they CF? or even vegan? Please let me know in the comments!
